Cancellation policy

Renters may cancel a confirmed booking by notifying the host through the platform. Refunds of the rental subtotal depend on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup appointment start (the start of your pickup slot on the first day of the rental).
Refund tiers
- More than 48 hours before pickup appointment start: 100% refund of rental subtotal
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of rental subtotal
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund of rental subtotal
The rental protection fee is non-refundable. Deposit authorization is voided on cancellation (the hold is released; no charge is made).
Hosts may cancel in exceptional circumstances (e.g. item unavailable, safety concern). Repeated host cancellations may affect account standing.
Refunds are processed according to our Payments & deposits policy. Disputes should be raised through the platform so we can assist.
