How to list items and manage bookings on Rentlio.

Creating a listing

Add clear photos and a description, set your pricing category and condition, and set pickup and return windows (the time ranges when renters can schedule appointments). Optionally add blackout dates. The platform suggests overnight rates based on your item's value and category; you can override them within the allowed range. Weekend pricing applies to Friday and Saturday overnights; those use a higher rate by default.

Managing requests

Renters book scheduled appointment slots within your pickup and return windows. When a renter requests a booking, you can confirm or decline. Once confirmed, pickup and return happen at the scheduled slot times. You can update booking status (e.g. Picked up, Returned) from your dashboard. Deposits and payments are handled according to our Payments & deposits policy.

Cancellations and late returns

If a renter cancels or returns an item late, our Cancellation policy and Late returns policy apply. Make sure your listing and messages set clear expectations.
